In the lying behind area of 678 m² is the swimmingpool of 18x8 mtr with a beautiful moored garden. Also there is a pumphouse with filter installation. In December 2006 the swimmingpool has been completely new paved.
The whole plot incl. the nextdoor houses have been protected around with an alarm installation.
